Scope of application

When the surface roughness of the workpiece is measured, the sensor is placed on the measured surface of the workpiece. The workpiece surface roughness caused by the displacement of the stylus, the displacement of the sensor inductance coil inductance change, resulting in the output phase-sensitive rectifier with the measured surface roughness proportional to the analog signal, The signal is amplified and level-shifted into the data acquisition system.
