New employee orientation training

In order to speed up the integration of more than 30 new employees into the company and enhance their sense of belonging, on November 12, 2022, Jiangsu Junhua Special Engineering Plastic Products Co., Ltd. held a welcome ceremony for new colleagues and conducted induction training for new employees.

First, the new employee gave a brief self-introduction, including past work experience, job responsibilities and future development plans.

What to train

With the development of Junhua PEEK, the training content for new employees has been further improved and standardized. The company’s Vice President of Operations Mr. Tan, Vice President of Production Mr. Liu, Director of Quality Assurance Department Mr. Kang, Manager of Safety Production Department Mr. Zhu and the Human Resources and Administration Department have conducted induction training for new employees in turn.

The training content covers multiple modules including the company’s corporate culture, the company’s current situation, future development plans, company rules and regulations, safety training, product quality awareness, PEEK material performance and identification, etc., giving all new employees a comprehensive and vivid explanation. The new employees were eager to learn and listened attentively.
