New employee orientation training

In order to speed up the integration of more than 30 new employees into the company and enhance their sense of belonging, on November 12, 2022, Jiangsu Junhua Special Engineering Plastic Products Co., Ltd. held a welcome ceremony for new colleagues and conducted induction training for new employees.

This event received strong support from the company’s management. At the welcome ceremony, the company’s Vice President of Operations, Mr. Tan, and Vice President of Production, Mr. Liu, attended together.

Self-introduction

First, the new employee gave a brief self-introduction, including past work experience, job responsibilities and future development plans.

Afterwards, Mr. Tan and Mr. Liu shared their respective working experiences, looked forward to the company’s development and future, and wished the new colleagues smooth sailing in their future life and work, and a successful career.

What to train

With the development of Junhua PEEK, the training content for new employees has been further improved and standardized. The company’s Vice President of Operations Mr. Tan, Vice President of Production Mr. Liu, Director of Quality Assurance Department Mr. Kang, Manager of Safety Production Department Mr. Zhu and the Human Resources and Administration Department have conducted induction training for new employees in turn.

The training content covers multiple modules including the company’s corporate culture, the company’s current situation, future development plans, company rules and regulations, safety training, product quality awareness, PEEK material performance and identification, etc., giving all new employees a comprehensive and vivid explanation. The new employees were eager to learn and listened attentively.

The future is promising

Induction training is a prerequisite for employees to become familiar with the environment, adapt to the organizational environment, and confirm their own positioning. After the training, the trainees gave feedback: Through this training, they have a deeper understanding of the company’s development history, corporate culture, rules and regulations, and main PEEK and PI products. They have further development plans in mind and are full of expectations for Junhua’s future. They hope to participate in more such training in the future and grow with Junhua.
