IATF16949 Quality Management System

The full name of IATF16949 is “Quality Management System – Organization and Implementation of ISO9007 Requirements for Production Parts and Related Service Parts in the Automotive Industry”. IATF16949 is a technical specification for the automotive industry. It is based on ISO9001 and incorporates the technical specifications of the automotive industry, but it focuses more on defect prevention and reducing quality fluctuations and waste that are easily generated in the automotive parts supply chain.

As early as 2018, Junhua PEEK passed the IATF16949 quality management system on-site audit and obtained the IATF16949 quality management system certification.

This year, Junhua PEEK ushered in the 2022 IATF16949 quality management system supervision audit.

The two SGS auditors conducted a detailed and rigorous review of Jiangsu Junhua’s design and development process, production control process, product delivery and service process, and management process.

During the 2.5-day review process, the two teachers spoke highly of Jiangsu Junhua’s focus on the PEEK industry.

Suggestions for improvement were put forward for the shortcomings in equipment precision maintenance and process control documents in the production and service processes. At the same time, we also hope that the newly established new energy vehicle division will achieve more impressive results on the basis of the existing IATF16949 in the future, and we also look forward to more applications of PEEK materials in the automotive industry.
