PEEK continuous extrusion rod

Continuously extruded PEEK rods are widely used in small batches of large sizes or in the machining of products that cannot be achieved by injection molding and other processes. PEEK rods with a diameter range of 3-300mm can be extruded and produced, and the lengths are generally 1000mm, 2000mm, and 3000mm. There are nearly 100 types of extrusion dies with complete specifications and inventory all year round.

PEEK is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic special engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive performance compared to other engineering polymers. PEEK is resistant to high temperatures, has a UL94 flame retardancy rating of V-0, has low smoke generation, and low combustion toxic gas emissions. In addition, PEEK rods have excellent electrical properties and can maintain the electrical stability of the product at high temperatures and frequent temperature changes.
