PEEK continuous extrusion rod

Continuously extruded PEEK rods are widely used in small batches of large sizes or in the machining of products that cannot be achieved by injection molding and other processes. PEEK rods with a diameter range of 3-300mm can be extruded and produced, and the lengths are generally 1000mm, 2000mm, and 3000mm. There are nearly 100 types of extrusion dies with complete specifications and inventory all year round. PEEK5600CF30 rod (polyetheretherketone carbon fiber rod) is a semi-finished profile extruded from PEEK+30% carbon fiber reinforced raw material. PEEK5600CF30 rod is more resistant to high temperature, wear and corrosion, has good mechanical properties, but is conductive. It can be used to process and manufacture high-wear and pressure-resistant mechanical PEEK parts with high requirements in harsh use environments, such as PEEK gears, PEEK bearings, PEEK valve seats, PEEK sealing rings, etc. Parts processed with PEEK rods are widely used as key components in aerospace, medical equipment, electronic semiconductors, biopharmaceutical equipment, new energy vehicles and other fields.
