PEEK rods are the most common product form of PEEK, suitable for CNC machining, CNC turning, Swiss machining, grinding and other processing methods. PEEK is a high-performance thermoplastic that has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance, as well as excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance. PEEK can operate continuously at high temperatures up to (260°C), has relatively stable mechanical properties, and has stable electrical properties, which makes PEEK a mature alternative to fluoropolymers in corrosive environments.
