PEEK catheters have excellent fatigue resistance among all materials currently available and have good insulation properties. The insulation strength of 0.2mm on a single side can reach 5KV.

At the same time, PEEK high temperature resistant medical catheter can maintain excellent mechanical properties for a long time below 160 degrees Celsius, good dimensional stability, high strength, wear resistance, excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption rate, good impact resistance and flame retardancy, and its insulation strength will not be affected in humid environments or high temperature cooking. It can adapt to all currently commonly used medical disinfection methods.
