OD 190 PEEK continuous extrusion tube
1. Overview:
PEEK is a high temperature resistant thermoplastic with a high glass transition temperature (143°C) and melting point (334°C), and a load heat deformation temperature of up to 316°C (30% glass fiber or carbon fiber reinforced grades).
2. Model and color of PEEK rod:
1. PEEK5600G (brown gray/khaki) is made of pure polyetheretherketone resin, which has the best toughness and impact resistance among all PEEK grades. PEEK can be sterilized by convenient sterilization methods (steam, dry heat, ethanol and Y-rays), and the raw material components of PEEK meet the food compatibility regulations of the EU and the US FDA. These characteristics make it widely used in the medical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries.
2. PEEK-5600LF30 (black) is added with PTFE, graphite and carbon fiber to make
PEEK-5600LF30 has become a bearing grade plastic. Its superior friction properties (low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and higher peak pressure limit) make it an ideal material for this level of friction applications.
3. PEEK-5600GF30 (brown gray): This material is a reinforced plastic filled with 30% glass fiber. It has better rigidity and creep resistance than PEEK5600G, as well as better dimensional stability. It is ideal for manufacturing structural parts. It can withstand fixed loads for a long time at high temperatures. If PEEK-5600GF30 is used as a sliding part, its adaptability should be carefully checked because glass fiber scratches the mating surface.
4. PEEK-5600CF30 (black) This material is filled with 30% carbon fiber reinforcement. It has better mechanical properties (higher elastic modulus, mechanical strength and creep) and is more wear-resistant than PEEK-5600GF30. In addition, carbon fiber reinforced plastic has 3.5 times the thermal conductivity of unreinforced PEEK plastic and dissipates heat from the bearing surface faster.
3. PEEK specifications: The following units are all millimeters (mm)
1. Small and medium size PEEK pipes (mm)
