1. PEEK raw resin

While Junhua PEEK is continuously expanding the application field of terminal PEEK, it is also expanding the upstream PEEK resin powder and raw material industry chain. In 2018, the company cooperated with Jilin University to establish Shandong Junhao High Performance Polymer Co., Ltd. and invested in the construction of a 2,500-ton PEEK polymerization unit. Today, Junhua PEEK has formed a complete PEEK industry chain from PEEK resin raw materials to profiles to products, and the key links are fully controllable.

2. AKSOPEEK Medical implant grade PEEK

Based on the present and looking to the future. In 2018, Changzhou Junhua Medical officially launched the implantable PEEK project. At present, it has obtained complete third-party reports on biology, physicochemistry, aging, etc. In order to better standardize implantable PEEK, it has added implantable AKSOPEEK series grades.

1) AKSOPEEK: Implant grade PEEK pure material;

2) AKSOPEEK HA: Hydroxyapatite improves the biocompatibility of implantable PEEK materials;

3. PEEK filament and braided sheath

JUNHUAPEEK monofilament (fiber) has the characteristics of steam resistance, wear resistance, creep resistance, good toughness and good biocompatibility.
