Strengthening Project Management Capabilities to Empower High-Quality Enterprise Development
On April 26, Jiangsu Junhua HPP Special Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. successfully held a special training on improving project management practical skills in the smart new factory training room — the leadership training course “Project Management Practical Course” for Junhua HPP’s middle and senior management. This training specially invited Mr. Xiao Yang, a well-known domestic organizational project management expert and the founder of the “Project Management under Micro-Power” philosophy, to teach. A total of 110 core members from the company’s management, various departments, and subsidiaries participated.

“Project Management Practical Course” Leadership Training
At 8:50 AM, the participants signed in orderly, and the training officially began. During the opening mobilization, company leaders stated that the original intention of organizing this training was to introduce a mature set of project management thinking to help us streamline processes, improve project management awareness, project quality and efficiency, shorten project cycles, and reduce project costs and risks. They called on everyone to maintain an open attitude throughout, actively engage, think carefully, share proactively, and transform theoretical methods into practical capabilities, effectively enhancing project coordination, cross-departmental collaboration, and risk management levels.
01. Typical Case Analysis
The training closely followed the company’s actual business scenarios, centering on the core philosophy of “Project Management under Micro-Power,” and systematically explained four core contents: understanding the underlying logic of project management, conducting project business value justification, formulating scientific project plans and control paths, and building stakeholder collaborative organizations. Drawing on rich practical experience, Mr. Xiao Yang used plain language and typical cases to break down project management difficulties, focusing on the “Journey to the West” case to vividly explain project roles, objectives, and processes, making professional knowledge easy to learn and understand.
02. Theory + Practice + Interaction
The training adopted a workshop format of “theory lecture + group discussion + on-site practice + interactive Q&A.” All participants were divided into 6 groups, actively communicating and conducting practical exercises around real project issues.
Classroom interaction was lively, and the learning atmosphere was strong, fully demonstrating the diligent, thoughtful, and proactive spirit of Junhua HPP people. Everyone shared insights and promoted mutual progress in a relaxed tea-break exchange atmosphere.
03. Assessment and Recognition
To ensure training effectiveness, a group point-based assessment system was implemented, evaluating attendance, discipline, practice completion, and classroom interaction. Ultimately, the champion and runner-up groups were selected and recognized.
After the training, the company conducted a satisfaction survey, which showed: overall participant satisfaction was 100%, with 79.75% being very satisfied; scores for instructor professionalism, clarity of expression, interactivity, and case quality were all near perfect.

Participants expressed that the training was highly informative and practical, clarifying the logic of project management while providing ready-to-use project management tool templates, effectively solving pain points and difficulties in daily work.
This special training further enhanced the company’s overall project management level, strengthened the professional capabilities of the core team, and injected strong momentum into the company’s high-quality development. In the future, Junhua HPP will continue to deepen talent cultivation and management improvement, continuously refine the project management system, promote synergy between management capabilities and business development, and ensure the achievement of the company’s strategic goals with more efficient management and a more pragmatic work style.
