At 17:00 on December 25, 2019, Junhua PEEK gathered all new employees and masters to sign a one-to-one mentor-apprentice agreement. The main content of the mentor-apprentice agreement is to improve the theoretical and practical operation learning of job technical skills and understand the characteristics, features and applications of the company’s PEEK products. Theoretical learning includes relevant technical theoretical knowledge of the position, and practical operation includes the operational skills that should be mastered in the position, so as to accelerate the cultivation of a team of employees with good moral character, superb skills, proficient technology, and dedication to their jobs.
The masters encouraged their apprentices to cherish the platform built by the company, and to think more, ask more questions, and learn more in their daily work to quickly improve their professional skills through on-site consultation, technical Q&A, etc. Many masters also expressed the need to carry forward the fine tradition of passing on, guiding, and helping, using their own experience and skills as textbooks to answer questions and provide one-on-one guidance for their apprentices, so as to help new employees grow into company talents as soon as possible.
