Since its establishment in 2007, Junhua PEEK has developed rapidly with the assistance and support of customers and suppliers.

In 2010, Shanghai Branch was established.

In 2012, we successfully developed the domestic hot molding process technology for PEEK plates and rods.

Since 2013, we have independently developed continuous extrusion technology and production equipment for PEEK plates, rods, segments and other profiles with reference to foreign processes. We currently have 20 profile extrusion production lines, making us a domestic unit that continuously extrude PEEK profiles in large quantities.

In 2014, the company was renamed as Jiangsu Junhua Special Engineering Plastics Products Co., Ltd. and increased its capital to RMB 10 million. In the same year, Changzhou High-Performance Special Engineering Plastics Engineering Technology Research Center was established. PEEK products have passed ROHS, FDA and other testing and certifications.

In 2015, the company passed the national high-tech enterprise certification and officially settled in the Wujin High-tech Zone Innovation Industrial Park. The PEEK resin polymerization project was launched and put into production at the end of the year.

In 2016, Junhua PEEK has become a domestic company with the capabilities of PEEK resin raw material polymerization, continuous extrusion of sheet and rod profiles, and R&D and production of finished parts.

At Junhua, we are constantly researching and improving existing equipment and processes, introducing advanced technologies, and making innovative improvements to meet the market’s requirements for functionality, reliability, and safety. We have completed the application research and development and production of more than 2,000 PEEK parts. Junhua’s products are currently mainly distributed in the following high-end industries: aerospace industry, food processing, beverage filling machinery industry, textile printing and dyeing machinery industry, analytical testing instrument industry, medical equipment industry, electronic semiconductor industry, automotive industry, petroleum, petrochemical machinery industry

Junhua PEEK always adheres to the principle of taking science and technology as the guide, taking the road of scientific and technological innovation, and has maintained long-term technical exchanges and cooperation with Jilin University and Nanjing University of Technology in China. In 2014, the company established the Wujin District High-Performance Special Engineering Plastics Engineering Technology Research Center in Changzhou City, and continuously carried out the application research and development of PEEK with the orientation of meeting customer needs. The company currently has 16 patented technologies: six of which have obtained invention patents, including the production equipment for continuous extrusion of PEEK sheet and tube profiles, PEEK rotors and their preparation methods. In 2013, the company formulated the “PEEK Profile and Product Enterprise Standard” and officially released it. The standard can be used as the basis for the production and testing of PEEK products, and has been recognized and adopted by the majority of customers. At the same time, it has played a certain role in promoting the standardization of domestic PEEK products and promoting the early formulation and implementation of PEEK industry or national standards.
