The Jiangsu Enterprise Graduate Workstation jointly established by Junhua PEEK and Changzhou University has been approved by the Provincial Department of Education!
The Jiangsu Enterprise Graduate Workstation jointly applied by Junhua PEEK and Changzhou University was recently approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
As a high-tech enterprise, Junhua PEEK has always adhered to technological innovation and talent first. While continuously increasing R&D investment, it has also continuously strengthened industry-university-research cooperation. In 2014, it signed an agreement with Changzhou University to cooperate in special engineering plastics molding and processing technologies such as polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and polyimide (PI), and polyetheretherketone (PEEK) continuous extrusion projects; in 2018, it signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Jilin University to carry out anti-static PEEK raw materials and continuous extrusion of plate, rod and tube profiles; in 2018, it cooperated with Donghua University to carry out continuous CF/PEEK thermoplastic composite materials and prepreg projects; at the same time, it cooperated with scientific research institutions to carry out PEEK application projects.
Since cooperating with Changzhou University, Junhua PEEK has successively accepted 5 talents sent by Changzhou University. Currently, there are 4 students who are conducting academic research and working in the company. Every year, teachers from Changzhou University lead college students to visit our company for internships, and the industry-university-research cooperation is progressing smoothly. In order to further consolidate the long-term and sustainable targeted talent training with Changzhou University, and better cultivate high-quality, high-skilled basic research and development and application-oriented talents, Junhua PEEK and Changzhou University jointly established a graduate workstation. Taking the graduate workstation as a platform, based on special high-performance polymer projects such as PEEK as a carrier, a dual mentor composed of on-campus mentors and corporate mentors jointly cultivates innovative talents, promotes the transformation of new technological achievements and the implementation of new projects. Establish a management committee, implement research funds for the subject, formulate a plan and program for graduate student training, and ensure the necessary scientific research facilities, practice sites and living conditions for the graduate students. In the future, the top priority of this graduate workstation will be school-enterprise cooperation, jointly cultivating application-oriented talents, and jointly developing PEEK raw material polymerization, continuous carbon fiber CF/PEEK thermoplastic composite prepregs and products, and medical high-end PEEK and PPSU profiles and products projects.
