The students first watched a promotional video of Junhua PEEK in the conference room, which allowed them to learn that Junhua PEEK is a high-tech innovative enterprise specializing in the research and development and production of special engineering plastics such as PEEK. Its main products are PEEK plates, rods, tubes and other continuously extruded profiles and PEEK parts used in various industries such as medical devices, aerospace, and electronic semiconductors.

Afterwards, Mr. Tan Zongshang, the person in charge of engineering technology research, briefly introduced the performance characteristics of PEEK materials, the development history of the PEEK industry, and precautions during the internship visit to the students, and conducted interactive exchanges.

Visit the exhibition hall and workshop

Mr. Tan Zongshang led the teachers and students of Changda to visit the company’s exhibition hall. Mr. Tan introduced in detail the application of PEEK in the aerospace industry, medical equipment industry, food filling industry, analytical instrument industry, petroleum industry, automobile industry, electronic semiconductor industry, machinery manufacturing industry and the advantages of using PEEK materials to replace traditional metals and ordinary plastics.

Then, Mr. Tan Zongshang led the students to the testing room and various production workshops, and explained in detail the process of plastic raw materials from raw powder to products through modified granulation, mold design, injection molding, machining and other processes. He also introduced our company’s production and processing equipment and its production principles.

In the workshop, Mr. Tan Zongshang explained the processing technology of PEEK products to the students, which gave them a deeper understanding of the enterprise and mechanical production, and strengthened their determination to strengthen their own learning and practice of theoretical knowledge.
