Be kind to your unit!

If you are a blade of grass, your workplace is your land. If you are a bird, your workplace is your sky. If you are a fish, your workplace is your sea. Your family cannot live without you, but you cannot live without your workplace.

Without the unit, we might lose a lot!

The unit is the bridge for you to communicate with the society and other people. The unit is the stage for you to show your existence. The unit is the value-added device for you to improve your worth, the unit is the inn where you make a living, the unit is a powerful weapon for you to confront your significant other, and the unit is your voice in the family and society.

We must learn to cherish in the workplace!

First, cherish your work

Work is responsibility, responsibility is duty, and duty is value. Thank those who let you be independent, thank those who put pressure on you, and thank those who give you a platform. Because that is an opportunity, trust, a platform, and a voice.

Second, cherish the relationship

Second, fooling others

Fooling others is a real stupidity and irresponsible to yourself. Especially for those who trust you, you must never play tricks. When working together for a long time, what touches people is sincerity, and what disgusts people is fooling and hypocrisy.

Third, I can’t calm down

It is a taboo to be unable to concentrate when working in an organization. You should be calm and work slowly. Don’t get carried away when you have an opportunity. Don’t worry about gains and losses when you don’t have an opportunity or miss an opportunity. Winners are often those who take their time.

No matter the size of the unit, there is only one top leader.

Those who can recommend you and speak well of you in front of the top leader are the nobles in your life. The essence of the unit is never sorted by age, but by position. Anyone who makes a point based on his age is a real fool. No one will respect you from the bottom of their heart just because you are old.

In the workplace, the elderly have the advantages of the elderly, and the young have the advantages of the young.

Never look down on each other, that is killing each other. Do as much as you can at work, someone will always remember your kindness. Keep private matters in private spaces. Try to stay away from those who encourage you not to work and those who encourage you to have conflicts at work, because they are asking you to take drugs.

Never brag at work. No one is afraid of your bragging. People will just look down on you.

Protect your unit, your job, and your profession. If you are just here for fun, please don’t be in the unit. If you are the grass of the unit, then the unit is your land. The unit can function without anyone, but you cannot leave the unit. You must work hard to prove that you are important in the unit.
