Junhua PEEK and Seiko Intelligent New Factory Planning Project Launch Conference

On August 1, 2023, the planning project of Junhua PEEK’ intelligent new factory was officially launched. Mr. Li, Mr. Liu, Mr. Feng, Manager Han and other project team members of Junhua PEEK, together with Mr. Li, Mr. Wang, Project Director Zhang Qi and others from Seiko Intelligence attended the launch meeting.

In this era of increasingly fierce competition, Junhua PEEK has entered a new stage of development. The existing factory buildings and plans can no longer meet the company’s rapid development. Capacity expansion has become one of the factors restricting Junhua’s rapid development.

Junhua PEEK New Factory is located in Wujin High-tech Zone. The first phase of the factory covers an area of ​​about 40 acres, and the second phase covers an area of ​​about 39 acres. It mainly produces high-performance plastic resin raw materials, profiles and products such as PEEK and PI.

The new factory planning will integrate the products and processes in Junhua’s production activities, rationally design the workshop layout, realize streamlined production, and make the flow of personnel and logistics orderly, simple and smooth, avoid crossing and detours, and shorten the transportation path. While meeting the production capacity demand and quality requirements, the introduction of advanced process equipment such as intelligent logistics and intelligent warehousing will be coordinated and linked to shorten the product production and delivery cycle.

The entire factory area incorporates green intelligent manufacturing elements, and will rationally plan the operation and rest areas of each production workshop, R&D and office building, as well as auxiliary facilities such as factory traffic routes, motor vehicle/non-motor vehicle parking lots, etc. After completion, it will become an intelligent manufacturing park integrating R&D, production and sales, achieving the effect of saving manpower, increasing efficiency and improving the production, R&D and sales environment.

Seiko Intelligence was founded in 2017, with a full-time teaching team of over 400 people. It has established wholly-owned subsidiaries in Ningbo, Zhejiang and Hefei, Anhui, providing practical solutions for the digital transformation and upgrading of nearly 1,000 domestic enterprises, and is determined to become a global digital factory solution service provider!

Project Director Zhang Qi introduced Seiko Intelligence and the project content. The project results will be output in the form of paper signature & electronic version, including a summary report of the overall project planning scheme, detailed layout planning scheme drawings of the entire park and workshops, warehousing and logistics planning scheme report, line (assembly line) and automation scheme report, auxiliary facilities planning and visualization proposal report, in-depth research analysis and future planning proposal report.

Mr. Li Chuang from Jinggong Intelligent and Mr. Li from Junhua PEEK respectively delivered messages and established the Junhua New Plant Planning Project Team. General Manager Li Jun issued appointment letters and employment letters to the project team members.

The new plant project is an important milestone for the company’s future development. The launch of the project will bring new opportunities and challenges to the company. In the future, it will help the company further consolidate its position in the PEEK special plastics industry and promote the company’s in-depth expansion in the PEEK segment.
