At 9:30 am on May 21, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the “Jiangsu Junhua Special Polymer Materials Co., Ltd.’s annual production of 1,000 tons of polyetheretherketone (PEEK), 100 tons of polyimide (PI) materials and series products, and 10,000 sets of precision molds project” officially began.

Project location: West side of Wuyi South Road and north side of Panxiang Road, Wujin High-tech Zone, Changzhou, Jiangsu

Total project investment: RMB 300 million

Project planning and construction:

It is planned to build two new production workshops, one office building and one R&D building with a construction area of ​​about 51,000 square meters. A total of 332 sets of imported extrusion production lines, molding machines, vertical high-speed machining centers and other equipment and facilities will be purchased, and a total of 338 sets of extrusion production lines, five-axis servo horizontal walking robots, injection molding machines and other equipment and facilities will be relocated. After the project is completed, it can form an annual production scale of 1,000 tons of polyetheretherketone (PEEK), 100 tons of polyimide (PI) materials and series products, and 10,000 sets of precision molds.

The new park will integrate innovation, green energy conservation, and smart manufacturing elements as a whole, integrate products and processes in production activities, rationally design workshop layouts, realize streamlined production, introduce advanced technical equipment such as smart logistics and smart warehousing for coordinated linkage, and shorten product production and delivery cycles. After the project is completed, the new plant will become a smart manufacturing park integrating R&D, production, and sales.
