Surveying
Junhua Co., Ltd. has samples for surveying and mapping. It has advanced equipment such as image measuring instruments (with an accuracy of up to 0.001mm), three-coordinate measuring instruments (with an accuracy of up to 0.003mm), and flatness measuring instruments to ensure that accurate drawings are provided to customers.

Sampling
Junhua will send samples to customers for assembly testing according to the quantity required by customers. If the first sample passes, our company will carry out mass production and testing according to the confirmed samples. If the first sample fails, our company will adjust the product design or production process according to customer feedback until the sample passes the customer test and then send the sample again.

Mass production
After the sample is approved, Junhua will solidify the production process of the product and issue a production operation guide for reference by the production department. From the procurement of raw materials, confirmation of the first product, temperature control during the production process, and quality inspection, Junhua controls every small detail to ensure the quality of batch products.

Quality Control
Junhua strictly implements ISO9001:2008 quality management system and strictly controls the quality of each batch of products. During the production process, operators conduct self-inspection, and QC personnel conduct random inspections and record them; after the products are completed, QC personnel conduct full inspection or random inspection of the entire batch of finished products, and provide customers with COA reports, size inspection reports and other inspection reports required by customers.
