Industry-University-Research Cooperation     From December 6 to 9, 2017, a delegation of Changzhou Party, government and enterprises, led by Xu Guanghui, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Minister of Propaganda and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Science and Education City, went to Dalian and Changchun to conduct industry-university-research cooperation.
